Items labelled with ‘5-year warranty’ will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 5 years of purchase. Excluded from this warranty claim are enclosures (e.g. discolouration due to sunlight), batteries and SD cards. Furthermore, there is no warranty claim if the device has been used improperly. This includes, for example, immersion in water, mechanical overloading, contact with aggressive chemicals, etc.

The warranty is processed in such a way that you - after contacting us - send the defective device to us at your expense and we send you back a repaired or new device at our expense.
