14-days Return Policy

You can refund products within 14 days after having received them if they are in their original state. That is: they must not have been soldered, glued, changed etc.
To return items, visit the returns page or contact us.
If the returned items are in their original state, you will get a full refund of your payment excluding the shipping costs. The refund is issued via the same payment method that you used for paying the order.
If the product that you received was in a dysfunctional state right from the beginning, we will also refund the shipping costs that you paid when ordering the item.
When returning an item, we do not pay the shipping costs for returning unless the reason for the return is our fault (e.g. wrong/faulty item shipped).
