14-days Return Policy for all products

You can refund products within 14 days after having received them if they are in their original state. That is: they must not have been soldered, glued, changed etc.
To return items, visit the returns page or contact us.
If the returned items are in their original state, you will get a full refund of your payment including the shipping costs that we charged for your order. The refund is issued via the same payment method that you used for paying the order.

If you return a product, we will not reimburse you for the return shipping costs, unless

1. the return is due to an error on the part of canique.com: e.g. wrong or defective product sent
2. or the product qualifies for free return shipping (this is indicated on the product page in the online shop).

30-days Return Policy for special products

Some items qualify for a 30-day return policy. If you return one of these items within 30 days of receipt, we will also cover the cost of return postage within Austria. Otherwise, the same provisions apply as for the 14-day right of return.
